    Over 1,000 doctors meet in Damascus to advance healthcare in Syria and the region

      24 October 2025.  The historic post-war meeting was held to strengthen ties between Syrian doctors in Europe and their Syrian counterparts, and to transfer modern medical expertise from European centers to Syria.         22 October 2025.  The MED9 Summit signalled a turning point in Syria’s regional reintegration, with leaders of the 9 nations agreeing that peace in Syria is a cornerstone of the region’s security.         Digital transformation of nation’s encyclopedia underway to safeguard vast cultural heritage

          20 October 2025.  Syria’s Arabic Encyclopedia, a leading scientific, cultural and educational organization, is digitizing its archives to share Syria’s intellectual legacy with global researchers and future generations.
