23 March 2026. Syria’s Health Ministry announced registration for the treatment of severe cases of glaucoma and cataract-related blindness, in cooperation with the Arab European Ophthalmology Society (AEOS). The campaign reflects the development of specialized health care and strengthened international scientific cooperation.
