At a conference organized by New Beginning for Syria, a program of the German government, Syria’s minister for Social Affairs and Labor, Hind Qabwat, called Syrians in the diaspora “genuine wealth.” She urged the deeper collaboration of Syrian expatriates in Germany in rebuilding Syria.
