Syria and Italy restore diplomatic ties and discuss areas of cooperation

21 October 2025. President al-Sharaa received the credentials of the Italian Ambassador, Stefano Ravagnan, marking renewed diplomatic engagement. Discussions were held on strengthening bilateral relations and future cooperation.
