President issues decree to rebuild areas recently devastated by war, enabling return of displaced people

11 March 2026.  A presidential decree created a ministerial committee to restore essential infrastructure in the northeast, establishing a path for people to return to their homes while strengthening services to ease the suffering of displaced people in the interim.
